Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead international marketing initiatives for the Formulations business across
LATAM, CIS, and Middle East markets. The role involves developing and executing product strategies, identifying market
opportunities, managing product portfolios, and driving profitable growth through close collaboration with cross-functional teams
and regional business stakeholders.

Market Intelligence & Prospect Mapping
• Conduct deep market research across LATAM, CIS, and Middle East to identify:
➢ High-demand molecules
➢ Therapeutic segment opportunities
➢ Product gaps in local markets
• Track import trends, tender opportunities, and private market demand in target countries.
• Develop country-wise product opportunity reports based on market demand and regulatory feasibility.
