Job Responsibilities

Monitor IBM Sterling OMS production environments
Analyze system performance, latency, and transaction bottlenecks
Troubleshoot OMS issues related to APIs, agents, integrations, and database performance
Support incident management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Tune JVM, application servers, SQL queries, and Sterling configurations
Handle L2/L3 production support activities
Coordinate with development, infrastructure, DBA, and business teams
Perform log analysis and monitoring using Splunk/AppDynamics
Ensure SLA compliance and system uptime




Support deployments and production releases
Create support documentation and operational runbooks
