Mentors Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt projects and facilitates training to build organizational capability and support business objectives.
Your tasks

Delivering Lean Six Sigma training and promoting continuous improvement practices
Requirements
8-10 years of experience in process excellence, with a strong focus on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and AI-powered solutions
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with practical experience in process optimization and AI-driven improvements
Proven track record of leading business transformation and change management initiatives
Hands-on experience with AI enablement, automation technologies, and Microsoft Copilot
Solid analytical capabilities, including process mapping, data analysis, and future-state design
Ability to engage stakeholders, deliver training programs, and foster cross-functional collaboration
Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
