What You'll Do
As Associate Dean, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic and academic vision of the School of Business by:
Leading curriculum design, planning, and execution aligned with emerging industry trends.
Building and mentoring a high-performing faculty team.
Delivering an engaging and future-focused learning experience.
Strengthening partnerships with industry, startups, consulting firms, and corporate leaders.
Mentoring students to enhance employability, entrepreneurial thinking, and leadership capabilities.




Driving research, innovation, academic quality, and departmental growth.

What We're Looking For
Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Strategy, Economics, or a related discipline (PhD preferred).
15+ years of progressive experience across academia and/or industry.
Proven academic leadership experience with expertise in curriculum development and faculty management.
Strong industry network and corporate engagement experience.
Passion for mentoring future leaders and building high-impact academic programs.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
