Overview
The Marketplace Operations (Mops) Team serves as the operational backbone of the marketplace business, delivering end-to-end execution and support across both Demand and Supply operations.



The team is responsible for ensuring campaigns and publisher initiatives are executed with precision, quality, and speed while maintaining operational excellence and revenue integrity.
The team manages campaign activation, deal creation and optimization, creative trafficking, publisher support, troubleshooting, QA, and campaign wrap-ups. Working closely with Sales, Trading, Technical Solutions, Product, Engineering, and Publisher teams, Marketplace Operations acts as the central execution partner, ensuring seamless delivery and an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
End-to-end campaign execution/activation and operational support across Demand and Supply.
Deal creation, optimization, and troubleshooting across DSPs and SSPs.
Tag generation, QA, and creative validation.
Publisher onboarding, inventory support, and issue resolution.
Campaign quality assurance, performance monitoring, and wrap-up reporting.
Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Technica
