We are looking for a Growth-Oriented Marketing Manager who will own and drive ProofHub's digital growth across global markets. The ideal candidate understands paid + organic marketing deeply, has experience in B2B SaaS, and knows how to align marketing strategy with revenue outcomes.

Growth And Revenue Ownership

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

Own key growth metrics: Sign-ups, MQLs & SQLs, trial-to-paid conversion, CAC, and funnel conversion rates.
Drive strategies to increase qualified sign-ups, product adoption, and revenue contribution from marketing.
Build scalable acquisition systems across channels.
Ensure growth is sustainable and ROI-driven.

Digital Marketing Leadership (Paid + Organic):

Plan and optimise global campaigns across Google Ads and retargeting platforms.
Continuously improve CAC and ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and messaging.
Lead SEO strategy (technical + content-driven).
Drive high-intent traffic through content marketing.
Build long-term inbound growth systems.




Optimise website funnels and landing page conversions.

Sales Collaboration And Revenue Alignment

Work closely with the Sales team to define MQL and SQL criteria, improve lead quality, and reduce lead leakage.
Analyse MQL and SQL Revenue conversion data.
Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel.
Ensure marketing campaigns support sales objections and use cases.
Collaborate on case studies, sales enablement content, and target account campaigns (if applicable)
Align messaging across website, ads, and sales conversations.

Content And Messaging Strategy

Define positioning and messaging frameworks.
Oversee blog strategy, landing pages, campaign messaging, and product communication
Ensure content supports SEO, conversion, and sales enablement
Maintain brand consistency globally.

Team Leadership And Cross-Functional Management

Lead and mentor the digital marketing and content team.
Set explicit KPIs and accountability sys
