About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated US Business Development Executive / Manager to drive client acquisition in the US market.
The ideal candidate should have experience selling Accounting & Bookkeeping Outsourcing or IT Support / Managed IT Services to US-based businesses. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, engaging decision-makers, managing the sales cycle, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities




Identify and develop current business opportunities in the US market.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
Engage with business owners, CFOs, Controllers, Practice Owners, IT Managers, and other decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable outsourcing solutions.
Present company capabilities, proposals, pricing, and service offerings.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to contract closure.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
Stay updated on US outsourcing trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.

Requirements
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in US Business Development or International B2B Sales.
Prior experience selling Accounting & Bookkeeping Outsourcing or IT Support / Managed IT Services is hig
