Location: New Delhi (in office) | Company: Defence-tech startup building autonomous UAV systems for the Indian Armed Forces — GNSS-denied navigation, edge autopilots, swarm coordination, tactical and heavy-lift UAVs.
Note: All roles involve work on defence programmes. Indian citizenship is required. Roles involve periodic travel to field trial locations (Army/Navy establishments across India).

About the Role
Own the entire IT backbone of Telebortix — endpoints, network, identity, and security. As a defence-tech company handling sensitive programme data, our IT hygiene must be audit-ready at all times. You'll manage the fleet of laptops and workstations, run our enterprise Wi-Fi, enforce security policy, and be the go-to person for everything IT.
Responsibilities
Fleet & endpoint management: Commission, image, and deploy new laptops, workstations, and servers; maintain a standardized provisioning process (OS builds, software stacks, disk encryption).



Manage the device lifecycle end-to-end — asset tagging, warranty tracking, repairs, secure decommissioning and data wiping.
MDM administration: Deploy and administer a fleet/MDM solution (e.g., Microsoft Intune, JumpCloud, Hexnode) for policy enforcement, remote lock/wipe, patch management, and software rollouts across Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS endpoints.
Network administration: Maintain office network infrastructure — routers, switches, access points, firewall. Run and administer Wi-Fi with WPA2/WPA3-Enterprise (802.1X) authentication via RADIUS, including certificate/credential management, VLAN segmentation (guest / corporate / lab networks), and onboarding/offboarding of devices.
Identity & access management: Administer Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 — user provisioning and deprovisioning, group policies, SSO. Enforce password policy and strength requirements, mandatory MFA, and periodic acces
