What would you do? Lead contracting projects within the Source-to-Contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy.Key activities include:





Independently managing procurement contracting projects using templates and playbooks.
Owning redlining of documents, proposing alternatives, and negotiating terms, escalating only when exceptions exceed playbook guidance.
Negotiating commercial terms with suppliers and ensuring accurate reflection in contracts.
Advising stakeholders on interpretation, risks, and governance standards.
Preparing and sharing updates on contract status, compliance, risks, and modifications.
Coordinating with Legal and Contracting COE for escalations and governance alignment.
Using AI tools to streamline redlining, clause review, and summarize with validated, compliant outputs.
Communicating clearly with stakeholders, suppliers, and teams.
