The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, generate quality leads, and drive business growth. The Candidate Will Have Responsibilities Across The Following Functions

Content and Thought Leadership Marketing:

Develop and execute content strategies across blogs, LinkedIn, newsletters, webinars, podcasts, and industry publications.
Create engaging content around AI, digital credentials, employability, skills, higher education, career guidance, and digital trust.
Collaborate with founders and leadership teams to build thought leadership and personal branding initiatives.
Develop case studies, success stories, customer testimonials, and product narratives.

Social Media And Community Growth

Manage and grow TruScholar's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram,



YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to improve engagement, visibility, and brand awareness.
Build and nurture communities of students, universities, career counsellors, HR professionals, employers, and campus ambassadors.
Support influencer, ambassador, and partner marketing initiatives.

Product Growth And Adoption Campaigns

Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns for: TruScholar Wallet, AI Career Coach, AI Resume Builder, AI Interview Preparation Platform, Digital Credential Solutions.
Design referral programs, ambassador programs, webinar campaigns, and growth initiatives that increase product adoption.
Work closely with product and sales teams to improve onboarding, activation, retention, and engagement.
