Role Overview
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen V-Rich's market position and drive business growth. This role requires expertise in brand building,



integrated marketing campaigns, advertising, digital marketing, product launches, retail branding, and consumer insights.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong analytical skills who can build memorable campaigns while ensuring consistent brand communication across online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & Brand Building
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Define brand positioning, value proposition, messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity.
Strengthen brand awareness, recall, and customer loyalty across all touchpoints.
Build annual brand plans, marketing calendars, and long-term growth roadmaps.
Ensure consistent brand communication across products, packaging, retail, digital platforms, and customer experiences.
