Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with broader marketing objectives.
Plan, create, and schedule high-impact content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Maintain a pulse on evolving platform trends, algorithm updates,



and viral content formats—adapting strategy accordingly.
Conceptualise, coordinate, and execute content shoots, ensuring alignment with brand voice and visual identity.
Design and manage a dynamic monthly content calendar, integrated with campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Analytics) to measure performance and inform data-driven optimisation.
Develop and manage founder-led content (e.g., personal branding, behind-the-scenes, thought leadership) to amplify authenticity and trust.
Drive organic growth across brand channels—measured by follower expansion, engagement rate, and reach.
Monitor, interpret, and report on key performance metrics; recommend and implement iterative improvements.
Manage community engagement, including influencer and creator collaborations, ensuring consistent brand representation.
