About the Role
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will take ownership of test strategy and quality outcomes across our platform. Your responsibilities include designing, writing, maintaining, and executing test cases and suites,
while collaborating closely with Development, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
We are looking for someone who brings not just technical depth, but also a forward-thinking mindset. You should be comfortable experimenting with AI-assisted development tools and finding practical ways to incorporate them into your workflow.
What We Expect From You
• 5+ years of experience in a QA engineering role, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity
• Proven experience working with test automation strategy, not just writing tests
• A genuine passion for quality and a track record of holding the bar high
• Effective problem solver who can think outside the box and handle ambiguity
• Proactive, takes initiative and follows through without needing to be pushed
• Solid communicator who can translate technical quality concerns to non-technical stakeholders
