Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer / Video Editor. The ideal candidate has robust design fundamentals, a flair for motion graphics, and experience producing ad creatives for digital platforms such as Meta, Google/YouTube, and TikTok.

You will collaborate with our creative strategists, copywriters, and media buyers to design static and video creatives that stop the scroll, deliver the message, and convert. This role requires creativity, speed, and an analytical mindset to adapt based on performance feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and edit engaging ad creatives (video + static) for Meta, Google/YouTube,



and TikTok campaigns
Source and repurpose stock footage, UGC, and branded content into compelling ads
Apply design best practices (color psychology, typography, layouts, safe areas, brand consistency)
Develop storyboards and visual concepts for campaigns, working closely with the creative team
Maintain an organized asset library and follow clear file-naming conventions
Monitor creative performance and collaborate on iterations and new concepts
Stay updated with design trends, ad creative best practices, and platform requirements

Qualifications:

2-4 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing
Strong portfolio demonstrating ad creatives (static and video) across digital platforms
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar is a plus
Basic understanding of motion graphics, typography
