What would you do? The Contract Specialist supports the drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and management of commercial agreements across procurement, vendor management, and business operations.



This role partners with Client s internal stakeholders, legal teams, suppliers, and procurement leadership to ensure contracts align with Client policies, risk standards, and operational objectives. Analyze contract terms to identify legal, commercial, operational, and financial risks. Redline supplier agreements and propose alternative language aligned with company standards. Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, compliance, and business stakeholders to resolve contractual issues Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives within contract management operations. Contract Services involve the management and administration of contracts between businesses and their clients or vendors. This includes drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. The goal is to protect the interests of all parties involved and to ensure that agreements are transparent and
