Company: Phoenix Thermal Solution Location: BengaluruJob DescriptionPhoenix Thermal Solution is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to promote and sell Heat Pump Water Heaters, Solar Water Heaters, and related products.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new customer leads through field visits and calls.Meet architects, builders, plumbers, contractors, and end customers.Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.Prepare and follow up on quotations.Achieve monthly sales targets.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Coordinate with the installation and service teams for project execution.Submit daily sales reports and update the CRM.RequirementsBachelor's degree (preferred).0–2 years of sales experience (Freshers can apply).Valuable communication and negotiation skills.Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.Willingness to travel for field sales.Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹25,000 per monthPerformance incentivesTravel allowance (as per company policy)Career growth opportunities
