We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to promote our Ground Mount Solar Structures, generate new business opportunities, and build solid relationships with EPC companies, solar developers, contractors, and industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar industry.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email, online platforms, and field visits.
- Meet potential customers and present the company's products and solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into orders.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Maintain customer records and prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, MBA Marketing, or equivalent preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, industrial products, steel, fabrication, or the solar industry.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
