Job Title: Sales & Project Coordinator

Experience: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with architects, builders, consultants, contractors, and customers for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Track projects from enquiry to completion and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, technical data sheets, samples, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, Logistics, and Finance for smooth order processing and project execution.
- Monitor order status, material deliveries, and resolve coordination issues.
- Maintain project records, customer database, MIS, and progress reports.
- Organize site visits, product demonstrations, and customer meetings as required.
- Follow up on approvals, payments, work completion status, and customer feedback.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Ensure timely communication between customers, the sales team, and internal departments.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,



Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Sales Coordination, or a similar role, preferably in the paints, construction chemicals, building materials, or construction industry.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
