We design, install, and maintain commercial and residential swimming pools, Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and decorative fountain systems. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Person to drive business growth across Bihar and Jharkhand.

? Key Responsibilities

 Generate leads for new pool, STP, and fountain projects.

 Pitch solutions to builders, hotels, corporates, and premium residences.

 Meet sales targets through effective market execution.

 Maintain relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors.

? Minimum Requirements

 Territory: Must be willing to travel across Bihar & Jharkhand.

 Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Technical background is a plus).

 Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in outdoor B2B/B2C sales.

 Industry Knowledge:



Basic understanding of water treatment, pumps, or construction equipment.

 Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driver's license for field visits.

 Skills: Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

? Compensation & Benefits

 Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 in-hand per month.

 Incentives: High-yielding performance-based bonuses.

 Allowances: Daily travel and fuel allowances for field visits.
