Responsibilities

- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling.
- Research target companies and identify key decision-makers.
- Build, maintain, and organize prospect databases for sales campaigns.
- Execute bulk LinkedIn outreach and post-event follow-up messaging.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead information, CRM records, and sales trackers.
- Collect, verify, and enrich business data from multiple sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Support sales campaigns through data management and operational assistance.
- Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and timely follow-ups.

Requirements




- 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Operations
- (Freshers with relevant internships can apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good research, data management, and analytical abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with LinkedIn, CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Zoho, etc.) is preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
