Key Responsibilities

- Lead Sales & Operations to drive business growth.

- Increase revenue and expand market presence.

- Develop and manage retail/channel distribution networks.

- Lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams.

- Monitor business performance, targets, and P&L.;

Requirements

- 15–20 years of experience in Sales & Operations leadership.

- Proven track record in revenue growth and market expansion.

- Strong knowledge of retail and distribution channels.

- Experience in team leadership and performance management.

- Strong understanding of business strategy, targets, and P&L.;

- Experience in Watches, Lifestyle, Retail, Jewellery, FMCG, or Consumer Durables is preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
