Role & responsibilities :

- Visit minimum 30 General Trade retail outlets per day as per the assigned beat plan.

- Open new retail outlets regularly, ensure proper product placement, visibility, and continuous availability.

- Achieve monthly sales targets by driving product sales at retail counters.

- Ensure FIFO compliance at both distributor warehouses and retail outlets.

- Prepare and submit monthly distributor claims accurately and on time.

- Maintain robust relationships with distributors, retailers, and field partners to support business growth.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Must own a twowheeler with a valid Driving License.

- Must have prior experience in an FMCG company, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector.

- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Bread Sales or Dairy Product Sales.

- Bright freshers with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn will also be considered.
