Roles & Responsibilities

- Acquire current Savings Account customers in the assigned area.

- Generate referrals from existing and new customers.

- Ensure quality customer acquisition as per the bank's guidelines.

- Help customers complete account opening and activate digital banking services like the mobile app and internet banking.

- Support the Senior Sales Manager in identifying potential business areas and planning sales activities.

- Share customer feedback and market opportunities with the Branch Manager and Senior Sales Manager.

- Follow all bank policies, sales processes, and compliance guidelines.

- Conduct field activities to acquire quality customers, including HNI (High Net Worth Individual) customers.





- Participate in branch campaigns and other sales initiatives to achieve business targets.

- Cross-sell the bank's products and services based on customer needs.

- Work closely with the branch team to provide a smooth customer experience.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Arts, Science, Engineering, Management, Computer Applications, etc.).

- Experience: 1–2 years.

- Freshers and candidates with experience in banking sales, customer acquisition, or field sales are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹515,000.00 per year
