Job ResponsibilitiesAttend incoming customer calls professionally. Explain YRS Prefab products and services to customers. Prepare and send quotations. Follow up with prospective clients and existing customers. Maintain customer records and update the CRM/Excel sheets. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer support.

Requirements✔ Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi . ✔ Prior experience in customer handling, telecalling, sales coordination, or customer support. ✔ Good knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet). ✔ Skilled attitude with a pleasant personality. ✔ Strong follow-up and negotiation skills. ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
