Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Pehowa. This position involves identifying potential clients, presenting Xhandle’s digital solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The role includes planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market and competitor analysis, and supporting branding and promotional activities.

The Sales Marketing

Executive will maintain ongoing communication with clients, prepare proposals and presentations,



and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with customer needs. Daily responsibilities also include tracking performance metrics, reporting on sales and marketing outcomes, and optimizing activities to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Market Planning and Marketing activities, including campaign development and promotional strategy.
- Solid Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly and build professional relationships.
- Proven capability in Sales, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Understanding of digital products and services such as websites, apps, software, CRM, and digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work on-site in Pehowa, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with common business and CRM tools, and basic knowledge of online marketing platforms is beneficial.
