The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. ResponsibilitiesGenerate new sales leads and convert them into customers.
Meet monthly sales targets. Visit clients and explain products/services. Maintain relationships with existing customers. Follow up on inquiries and close sales. Prepare daily sales reports and update customer records.
Coordinate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements diploma / Graduate (pharmacy). 1–3 years of sales experience (Freshers can also apply). Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone apps. Must be self-motivated and target-oriented. Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred, if field sales).
