Job Role Overview The executive will handle incoming leads, visit client sites, understand requirements, prepare and explain quotations, and coordinate with the execution team to start and manage the project.

Key Responsibilities • Handle incoming interior & turnkey project leads • Call and qualify clients before site visits • Visit project sites and understand client requirements • Coordinate with the design/execution team for cost estimation • Prepare, explain, and negotiate turnkey quotations • Close deals and initiate project execution • Coordinate between client, vendors, and site team • Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution • Maintain lead, site visit, and closure reports Required Skills &

Qualifications • Robust communication and client-handling skills • Basic knowledge of interior materials,
