Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Engineer to drive business development and sales of industrial valves across Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in industrial product sales, preferably industrial valves, pumps, piping, instrumentation, or flow control products. This role requires regular customer visits, technical discussions, lead generation, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through customer visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Promote industrial valves and related flow control products to end users, EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, and dealers.




- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries, tenders, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, order execution, and timely deliveries.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in the CRM system.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales.
- Mandatory Experience in industrial valves, pumps, piping, instrumentation, automation, or similar engineering products.
- Good understanding of industrial processes and valve applications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Valid driving licence.

Mandatory Requirement

- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory (travel expense reimbursement).

Preferred Experience

- Exposure to industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Power, Water Treatment, Pharmaceuticals, Steel, or Manufacturing.
- Existing customer relationships within Gujarat's industrial belt will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with EPC contractors, OEMs, or industrial distributors.
