We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team, achieve business targets, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills with experience in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
1)Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
1. Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful bookings.
3)Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and project presentations. 4)Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
5)Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
6)Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
7)Prepare daily, weekly,
and monthly sales reports.
8)Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of sales opportunities.
Eligibility
1)Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Minimum 6 to 1 months ) experience.
2)Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
1. Positive knowledge of the local real estate market.
