We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager in Chennai to lead our sales team. You will be responsible for developing strategies to drive sales growth, managing key client relationships, and achieving revenue targets across the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business goals
- Manage and mentor a team of field sales executives
- Build solid relationships with clients and distributors
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaign success

Required Skills

- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in B2B or industrial product sales preferred

Salary Range

- ₹20,000 to ₹40,000/month + Incentives (Negotiable based on experience)
