Position Summary
Hitachi Solutions is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Functional Consultant specializing in Finance and Project Management & Accounting (PMA). The consultant will be responsible for leading business process discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, user training, and successful implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance and Project Accounting solutions across global customer engagements.
The ideal candidate will possess solid accounting and project accounting knowledge, extensive D365 Finance implementation experience,
and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Solution Design
Conduct workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend D365 standard capabilities and best practices.
Design end-to-end Finance and Project Accounting solutions aligned with business objectives.
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), User Stories, Process Flows, and Configuration Workbooks.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Consultants on integrations, reporting, and customizations.
Experience of developing customized solutions to complex business problems
Demonstrable consultancy experience
Strong working knowledge of business processes
Relevant Microsoft certification
Excellent documentation and communication skills
