About the jobPurpose of the Position (Job Summary)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Team Member – Accounts & Finance (A&F;) to support the financial operations of our plant. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely month-end closures, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and effective working capital management. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain financial discipline, strengthen internal controls, and support smooth plant operations.
Key Individual Accountabilities1. Financial Closing & Reporting
Manage monthly closing of plant accounts and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
Review and scrutinize General Ledger (GL) entries to ensure correctness and compliance with accounting standards.
Conduct monthly Balance Sheet reviews and highlight variances with necessary corrective actions.
Ensure accurate accounting of plant transactions and maintain financial records in line with company policies.
2. Audit & Compliance




Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with internal and external auditors during quarterly and annual audits.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Support implementation of audit recommendations and continuously strengthen financial governance.
3. Vendor & Employee Accounting
Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies on a timely basis.
Handle employee-related accounting including payroll entries, reimbursements, advances, and related provisions.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely processing and reconciliation of financial transactions.
4. Working Capital Management
Support analysis of working capital, monitor receivables and payables, and assist in fund planning for smooth plant operations.
Track outstanding balances and collaborate with internal teams to improve cash flow efficiency.
