Description
The Associate Solution Architect will be responsible for providing technical leadership and full-stack development of CFRA’s next generation of web applications using a modern technology stack: React and Python on AWS cloud infrastructure. This is a rare prospect to make a big impact on both the team and the organization by being part of the initial design and development of a new customer-facing application framework that will serve as the foundation for all future web development at CFRA.

Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality, high-performance,



scalable applications using best practices and the latest generation of technologies
Provide technical leadership to multiple teams throughout the project lifecycle
Provide recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions
Perform design, debug, and performance analysis on solutions
Document and sharing best practice knowledge for new solutions
Review and validate solution designs from other team members
Mentor and work skilled teams while shaping the future of our products
Produce technical design documents and conduct technical walkthroughs
Document and demonstrate solutions using technical design docs, diagrams, and stubbed code
Follow Agile best practices effectively and actively participate in all scrum ceremonies
Respond to and resolve production issues
Be part of a culture of continuous learning and improvement of both the team and codebase
