About the Role
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and AI-savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to drive digital growth for our agency and client brands across B2B, B2C, and D2C segments.
This role goes beyond traditional digital marketing. The ideal candidate should understand how search is evolving - from SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) to AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation)—and be capable of creating content that performs across Google Search, AI assistants, and social media platforms.
In addition to managing digital channels, the candidate should be comfortable appearing on camera and creating authentic UGC (User-Generated Content)-style videos for Genuus’s social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Search Marketing (SEO & AEO)
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website performance.
Optimise websites for Google's evolving search algorithms and AI-powered search experiences.
Implement AEO best practices to improve discoverability across AI assistants and answer engines.
Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis,



and content gap assessments.
Monitor rankings, traffic, indexing, backlinks, and technical SEO health.
Collaborate with content and development teams to improve website performance and search visibility.
Social Media Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimise social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
Monitor trends and recommend recent content formats.
Manage social media publishing, community engagement, and reporting.
Track performance metrics and recommend optimisation strategies.
Content & UGC Creation
Create engaging UGC-style videos for Genuus’s social media campaigns.
Be comfortable presenting on camera for product demonstrations, explainers, behind-the-scenes content, and brand storytelling.
Conceptualise short-form videos, reels, and platform-native content.
Collaborate with designers and video editors to pr
