This role is part of the Sales Automation(SA) development team and works closely with the Client Advocacy team, giving you a unique blend of meaningful business impact and deep technical depth.

The Client Advocacy Program sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Technology at Pega. We are building a best-in-class advocacy program from the ground up, designing the advocate lifecycle, streamlining reference workflows, and developing the platform that powers it all.

Picture Yourself At Pega

You will be a key technical contributor in a high-visibility program, designing, building, and enhancing Pega-based workflows that directly support Pega’s sales and marketing strategy.
You will work on a greenfield platform where you will contribute to the end-to-end technical implementation across multiple build phases, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Pega best practices.
You will collaborate with business leads, legal, finance, external agency partners,



and the Sales Automation development team to deliver a platform that improves how Pega engages, manages, and grows strategic client relationships.
You will bring robust Pega development experience to solve complex business problems, improve workflow efficiency, and support a reliable advocacy platform.
