Overview

We are looking for Senior Graphic Designer to lead a growing design team supporting global brands across packaging, digital , print, localisation , and adaptation projects in e-commerce .

This role combines hands-on design leadership with team management. The ideal candidate is a strong designer, effective mentor, and reliable decision-maker who can balance quality, timelines, stakeholder expectations, and team development in the field of digital commerce.

Responsibilities

4–6 years of design experience
Previous experience leading or mentoring designers
Agency experience preferred
FMCG, packaging, retail, or adaptation experience is a plus
Lead and oversee a team of designers and visualizers
Review work and ensure high creative and production standards
Manage workload allocation and project prioritisa
