Role Description This is a full-time,



on-site Customer Support Representative role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Customer Support Representative will handle incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email, and chat, provide clear and timely information about KamelPay products and services, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting account and transaction-related concerns, guiding customers through product features and processes, and escalating complex cases to relevant internal teams when necessary. The role also involves documenting interactions in the support system, tracking recurring issues, and collaborating with product and operations teams to improve the overall customer experience. The representative will maintain service quality standards, contribute to knowledge base content, and support continuous improvement of support workflows.
