About the Role
We're looking for a proactive Content Manager who can turn ideas into high-performing content. You'll own the content lifecycle—from research and writing to execution and distribution—while coordinating with design, video, performance marketing, and clients to ensure every piece of content is delivered on time and drives results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, write, edit, and publish content across digital channels.
Develop content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
Create content briefs and coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
Manage multiple content projects from ideation to execution.
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, SEO best practices, and campaign goals.
Collaborate with performance marketing teams to create conversion-focused content.
Review content quality, maintain consistency, and ensure timely delivery.
Track content performance and optimize based on insights.
Stay updated with content, social media, and digital marketing trends.




Requirements
3–5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a content-focused role in an agency or brand.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with solid attention to detail.
Experience creating content for websites, blogs, social media, email, and advertising campaigns.
Good understanding of SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing fundamentals.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Familiarity with AI writing tools and content management platforms is a plus.
