Primary Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Lead Software Engineer to lead the design, development,



and delivery of a next-generation Ophthalmology Imaging Viewer platform. The platform will enable clinicians and graders to review retinal and ophthalmic images, visualize AI-assisted findings, manage imaging workflows, and support clinical research and decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in medical imaging applications, cloud-native software development, up-to-date web technologies, and integration of AI/ML algorithms into clinical workflows. The individual will lead a team of engineers, collaborate closely with Product Management, Clinical Experts, Data Scientists, and QA teams, and drive technical excellence across the platform.
