We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager – Makeup & Skincare to support brand growth, marketing initiatives, and product strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the beauty industry, consumer trends,



and brand-building activities, with the ability to coordinate across teams and execute campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing brand strategies for makeup and skincare categories.
Support end-to-end brand management activities, including product positioning, launches, campaigns, and promotions.
Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, beauty trends, competitor activities, and category growth opportunities.
Coordinate new product launches, including product planning, packaging, content development, and go-to-market execution.
Work closely with creative, marketing, e-commerce, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives.
Manage product catalogues, descriptions, claims, images, and brand communication across online platforms.
