Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Quality Assurance
Engineer to join our team for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will
ensure the quality and reliability of software products by executing
well-defined testing processes, identifying defects, and collaborating closely
with development teams to enhance product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases based on
software requirements and design documents.
* Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and user
acceptance testing as part of Agile development cycles.
* Report, track, and verify defects using appropriate tools (e.g., Jira, HP
ALM).
* Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to
understand requirements and provide feedback.





* * Prepare test documentation including test plans, test scripts, and test
summary reports.
* Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to continuous
process improvement.
* Utilize automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman for API testing) to
enhance testing efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the software
development lifecycle, particularly for critical business applications.
* Adapt to working night shifts with effective communication and time
management skills.
Preferred Skills:

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,
or a related field.
* 2+ years experience in software testing or quality assurance roles.
* Proven expertise in both manual and automated testing techniques.
* Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, HP
ALM, etc.).
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
