Role Overview

We're hiring a Growth Executive who will travel extensively across India to identify new business opportunities, onboard retailers/wholesalers/jewellers, and drive consistent sales growth for our gold bangle collections.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new B2B clients (jewellers, retailers, wholesalers) across assigned regions
Travel pan-India to meet prospective and existing clients, build relationships, and close deals
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets
Present product catalogues, negotiate pricing/terms, and convert leads into long-term accounts
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities
Maintain and grow relationships with existing dealer network for repeat business
Coordinate with production/dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Report sales pipeline, client feedback, and market insights to management regularly
Represent the company at jewellery exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events

Requirements




3–7 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in gold/jewellery, gems, or related B2B trade
Strong existing network among jewellers/wholesalers is a major plus
Willingness to travel extensively across India
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset and target orientation
Bachelor's degree (preferred; not mandatory if experience is strong)
Proficiency in Hindi and English; regional language skills are a plus
