What would you do? The Learning & Development (L&D;) Analyst supports the organization’s Trade capability agenda by planning, executing, and evaluating training programs across Global and Market teams.



The role focuses on managing end-to-end training lifecycle activities including demand planning, capability assessment, training execution, and performance evaluation. The L&D; Analyst collaborates closely with Customer teams, Global stakeholders, and internal marketing teams to identify capability gaps, deliver structured learning interventions, and ensure continuous improvement in training effectiveness and learning outcomes.

What are we looking for? EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE Experience Required 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Operations, or Marketing Capability building (preferably FMCG/Marketing Ops) Experience in managing end-to-end training lifecycle (planning, execution, evaluation) Solid stakeholder management experience across global and regional teams Experience in training coordination, logistics management, and reporting Shape Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required Strong
