Role Overview

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will design and deliver exceptional food and hospitality experiences for employees. Beyond managing day-to-day cafeteria and pantry operations,



you will play a key role in driving employee engagement initiatives through food, celebrations, wellness programs, themed events, and workplace hospitality.

This role requires someone who can combine operational excellence with creativity, stakeholder management, and a passion for creating memorable employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Service Excellence
Oversee end-to-end cafeteria, pantry, beverage, and catering operations across the office.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverages, and hospitality services.
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and service.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with food service providers, caterers, pantry vendors, and facility partners.
Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance through pe
