Service Transformation & Enablement Manager

Role Summary

The Service Transformation & Enablement Manager is responsible for driving service transformation, billable revenue enablement, and digital adoption across the APAC Client Services organization. This role partners closely with regional and global stakeholders to improve billable utilization, strengthen consultative project management capabilities, and ensure consistent adoption of Epiq’s technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Enablement & Performance Optimization





Analyse SAP and related financial reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in time entry, utilization, and billable revenue.
Partner with Project Managers and people leaders to improve billing hygiene, reduce revenue leakage, and increase overall billable contribution.

Client & Business Reporting

Consolidate data across multiple systems to produce monthly Top Client Scorecards, highlighting revenue performance, engagement health, and service indicators for each client.

Capability Building Training & Enablement

Proactively assess training and capability gaps across the APAC Client Services team.
Design and host structured trainings and learning roadmaps that evolve Project Managers from execution‑focused delivery to consultative client leadership.
Curate and localize enablement content on APAC CS SharePoint Hub aligned with global standards while addressing APAC‑specific delivery needs.
