We are seeking a Techno-Functional SME specialized in various modules within Oracle E-Business Suite and experience in Oracle APEX framework and positive knowledge in Oracle APEX and EBS integration architecture. This is a techno-functional SME role with approximately 70% technical, 30% functional expertise. This is not a pure developer role and not a pure functional lead role, it requires strong architectural, analytical, and cross-functional skills and expertise across E-Business Suite Modules.
About the Role
This Techno-Functional SME will provide solution expertise and knowledge for enhancements, integrations, and technical designs across various Oracle Applications modules. The role requires strong understanding of various E-Business suites Oracle modules, their set ups, transaction flows, troubleshooting month-end processes, and how transactional data integrates across modules. Also possess Oracle APEX development knowledge for Oracle modules.
Responsibilities
Provide solution design and technical experience and governance for technical enhancements and integrations.
Support Level 3 complex issues, break-fixes, functional-impact defects, and data integrity issues.
Review functional requirements and design Oracle EBS-based technical solutions.
Lead RICEF designs. Deep analysis of data structures, table structures, workflows, and APIs.
Monitor and troubleshoot techno functional issues across various Oracle modules and provide the solution accordingly.
Collaborate with various business teams to ensure end-to-end solution stability.
Validate technical deliverables from developers, ensure compliance with standards.
Provide architecture insight into various modules transaction flows, posting flows, SLA rules, data mapping, and audit controls.
Provide technical support and follow‑up with product vendors.
Troubleshoot batch jobs, forms, reports and interface issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and error detection/correction.
