Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer with experience in designing marketing materials for the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create premium creatives that effectively market residential and commercial real estate projects.

Candidates who have previously worked with real estate developers, channel partners, real estate marketing agencies, or branding agencies handling real estate clients will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Design premium social media creatives for residential, commercial, and luxury real estate projects.
Create high-converting creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital marketing campaigns.
Design project brochures, floor plans, flyers, banners, newspaper ads, hoardings, standees, site branding, and sales presentation decks.




Develop branding materials for new real estate projects, including project logos, brand identities, visual guidelines, and launch campaign creatives.
Create creatives for property launches, festive campaigns, offer campaigns, channel partner events, exhibitions, and corporate branding.
Ensure all creatives maintain premium aesthetics and align with the brand identity of each project.
Collaborate closely with content writers, performance marketers, video editors, sales teams, and project managers to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Handle multiple real estate projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest real estate marketing trends, AI-powered creative tools, and design best practices.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Working knowledge of Figma and Canva.
