Job Purpose:This position will be responsible for independently managing and overseeing fuel bunkering operations, ensuring seamless loading to unloading processes and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities Liquidity & Cash Flow Management

Ensuring timely recording of bank transactions

Compliances internal and external

LC & BG management

Conversion of manual process to digital





Technology and IT Enablement Knowledge of MS Office, Power BI, SAP etc

KRAs with Outcomes ( Jobs which brings value to the organisation)

Domain Keys Result Ares Outcomes

Cash Flow Management (a) Management of Cash Flow of IRM business & liquidity management

(b) Fund management considering available oppertunities to reduce overall financing cost.

(c) Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly & rolling cash flow. (a) Planning for fund remittance basis fund position.

(b) Support to group / other businesses basis budget/

(c) Reducing cost of idle funds by optimium utilization of bank lines.

(d) Optimium utilization of allocated limits.

Working Capital Optimization (a) Effective Control & effective utilisation on bank limits.

(b) Deal with Bankers for various banking needs.

(c) Control import bills basis payment terms.

(d) Monitoring due dates for payment under LCs.

(e) Improce TAT for LC
