Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ivalua technical SME, client collaboration and strong end-to-end Ivalua SI implementation and AMS programs experience.
Provide solution architecture expertise to client problems that apply across Source-to-Pay processes of Ivalua modules.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of custom software solutions. Coordinate with global onsite-offshore delivery teams.
Manage risks, escalations, and dependency resolution.
Actively engage in build, SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare and transition to support.
Ensure compliance with delivery standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ivalua. Ivalua Delivery/Implementation Certification - L1/L2/L3.
Strong experience in software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
Experience in managing complex project lifecycles.
Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges that impact multiple teams and projects.
