? Position: EdTech Recruiter

Location: Kalyan (West), Maharashtra
Experience: 1–3 Years

What You'll Do:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and other hiring platforms.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Roll out offers and manage onboarding documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure an excellent candidate experience.




What We're Looking For:

✔ 1–3 years of recruitment experience
✔ Hands-on experience in End-to-End Recruitment
✔ Experience in Employee Onboarding
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
